What You’ll Do
- Prepare and file U.S. and international trademark applications
- Track deadlines and manage trademark docketing
- Assist with office actions, renewals, and maintenance filings
- Conduct trademark searches and summarize results
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and foreign associates
- Maintain accurate trademark records and databases
What You’ll Bring
- 3 or more years of trademark paralegal experience
- Hands-on experience with U.S. trademark prosecution
- Comfort managing multiple deadlines at once
- Familiarity with trademark docketing systems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Law firm trademark experience preferred
