- Support Korean SMEs and startups entering the U.S. and Canadian markets

- Prepare bilingual reports and documentation (Korean/English)

- Support government-funded IP programs and corporate counseling
- Perform administrative duties including reporting, data management, and internal documentation

KOIPA LA IP Center is seeking a qualified Professional to support intellectual property advisory services and international IP initiatives for Korean companies expanding into the U.S. and Canadian markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Korean SMEs and startups entering the U.S. and Canadian markets
- Coordinate with U.S. law firms, government agencies, and external stakeholders
- Prepare bilingual reports, correspondence, and official documentation (Korean/English)
- Organize case files and conduct research on industry trends and IP policy developments
- Support government-funded IP programs and corporate advisory initiatives
- Perform administrative and operational duties, including reporting, data management, and internal documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
- One of the following credentials is required:
- U.S. Bar admission OR
- Korean Attorney License OR
- Registered Patent Attorney (U.S. or Korea) OR
- Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Law, Technology Law, or a closely related field
- Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Strong documentation, research, and organizational skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Annual base salary: USD $65,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
- 3-month probationary period
- Performance bonus of up to 120% of monthly base salary
- Separate medical allowance (approximately 10% of monthly base salary)
- Additional fringe benefits equivalent to KRW 1,200,000 annually (paid monthly)
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
