Bachelor’s degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred.
2+ years of intellectual property paralegal experience (law firm strongly preferred).
Solid experience with U.S. trademark prosecution; patent exposure is a plus.
Familiarity with IP docketing platforms (e.g., CPI, Anaqua, or similar).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
