- 3–5 years of law firm IP docketing experience, with additional IP paralegal exposure
- Strong understanding of the patent prosecution process and USPTO workflows
- Ability to analyze USPTO communications and track critical deadlines with high accuracy
- Experience with docketing systems, calendaring, and database/reporting tools
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
