Regulatory Compliance Paralegal
Location: Gilbert, AZ (Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week onsite)

Overview
A growing, multi-state organization is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Paralegal to join its Office of General Counsel. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior legal leadership on complex regulatory compliance and investigation matters in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support regulatory compliance, consumer complaints, and regulatory investigations
- Assist with internal investigations, including legal holds, document collection, review, and production
- Manage and organize large volumes of documents within document management systems
- Supervise and audit Legal Assistant workflows to ensure accuracy and timely deadline tracking
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda with proper citations for attorney review
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support compliance initiatives
- Triage and prioritize legal matters to ensure appropriate handling and escalation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience in a corporate environment (multi-state experience preferred)
- Paralegal certification required; additional state-specific licensing as applicable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., Clio or similar platforms)
- Demonstrated legal research and writing experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing large-scale document productions, legal holds, and subpoena responses
- Familiarity with privilege reviews and logs
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accountability, initiative, and problem-solving ability
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of two days per week onsite in Gilbert, AZ.
