Duties include preparing and filing applications, drafting amendments and responses, maintaining accurate databases and documentation regarding the status of applications, and client and foreign associate communications. Candidate should be proficient in the basics of domestic and international patent laws, procedures, docketing databases, and knowledge of foreign filing requirements. In particular, filing of national stage US applications asserting priority to a PCT filing. 4+ years experience as a patent paralegal required. Open to remote, hybrid or on-site candidates.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is self-motivated and able to work independently. Excellent writing and organizational skills as well as communication and computer skills are a must.
