Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented paralegal to provide legal support to multiple attorneys in our Corporate and Real Estate department. Primary Responsibilities:
· Formation of Corporations, Limited Partnerships, and Limited Liability Companies
· Maintenance of entity records
· Preparation of entity documentation
· Maintain database of corporate clients (Microsoft Excel)
· Real Estate Transactions
· Preparation and filing of trademark and copyright applications
· Maintain database of intellectual property clients and marks (Access)
· Correspondence
· Creation and Maintenance of Form Files
· Typing/Filing
· Good computer and software application skills required
· General legal administrative assistance
Experience/Qualifications:
· Proficiency in document management systems
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Visio
- Familiarity with legal case management software (TABS3 and/or Practice Master is a plus)
- Title Insurance experience
· Ability to review legal documents for accuracy and completeness
· Strong skills in legal drafting and contract preparation
· Experience with clerical duties in a legal setting
· Knowledge of file organization and maintenance
· Data entry accuracy and speed
· Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Requirements:
· Four-year college degree preferred but not required
· Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
· Minimum of 5 years legal experience (Corporate or Real Estate Only, No Litigation)
· Ability to multi-task, track and manage various projects for multiple professionals
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently and manage conflicting deadlines
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Excellent appearance, communication and interpersonal skills
