An established law firm is seeking a Associate or Of Counsel Attorney specializing in Intellectual Property Law, with a focus on Patent Preparation and Prosecution in AI, Cloud Computing, Software Technologies, and Semiconductor-Related Innovations.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, prepare, and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO.

Handle intellectual property matters with emphasis on emerging technologies (AI, cloud, software, semiconductors).

Work independently and collaboratively on client matters involving complex technical disclosures.

Support broader IP strategy, including patent portfolio development and due diligence.
Qualifications:

Admission to practice before the USPTO (required).

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or closely related field.

Strong technical background in AI, cloud computing, software systems, and semiconductor fabrication/processes.

Prior experience in patent drafting and prosecution required.
