IP Paralegal - Patent & Trademark - FULLY REMOTE for West Coast Candidates
Nationally recognized intellectual property law firm seeking an IP Paralegal to join their collaborative team. This is a primarily remote opportunity open to West Coast candidates. If you do not live on the West Coast, please do not apply.

Handles sophisticated patent and trademark matters for clients nationwide
Team includes 36 partners and 6 associates across four offices
Responsibilities
Support patent and trademark prosecution matters
Manage USPTO docketing and deadlines
Draft, review, and proofread patent and trademark documents and correspondence
Prepare patent applications
Serve as a client-facing point of contact
Manage attorney calendars and assist with billing inquiries
Collaborate with attorneys, patent agents, and accounting teams
Schedule & Compensation
Remote opportunity for West Coast candidates
Occasional in-office visits preferred for candidates local to San Luis Obispo
Flexible schedule options
Salary range: $70,000–$90,000, with flexibility up to $100,000 for the right candidate
Annual bonus potential
Low billable requirement of 800 hours annually

3-5+ years of experience handling intellectual property matters
Experience handling both trademark and patent prosecution
USPTO docket management experience
