McDonnell & Associates is a mid-size litigation firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in our Cherry Hill NJ location! The position involves working one on one with a partner on premise liability, products liability, premise security, commercial litigation and trucking matters for major retailers.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with preparation of all discovery and pleadings
- Investigate and identify important case facts
- Conduct preliminary interviews of witnesses
- State and Federal court efilings
- Review and summarize medical records
- Preparation of expert discovery
- Preparation of settlement documents
- Manage calendar
- Record and store client information
Qualifications include:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work independently managing case deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
