Litigation Paralegal – West Palm Beach, FL
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a well liked private practice law firm in West Palm Beach. If you have a sharp eye for detail, thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, and enjoy supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
- Draft, proofread, and file legal documents (including e-filing)
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and support attorneys proactively
- Assist with trial preparation, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
- Organize and manage discovery using eDiscovery tools (Relativity, Trial Director)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, courts, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience in a law firm or legal setting
- Knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and deadlines
- Hands-on experience with Relativity and Trial Director
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication
