NATIONAL Insurance Defense Litigation Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated Insurance Defense Legal Assistant to join its DALLAS office located near Plano. (HYBRID REMOTE - You can work from home TWO (2) days per week).

IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 3+ years experience as a TEXAS INSURANCE DEFENSE LEGAL ASSISTANT. The duties for this position are more in line with a "Legal Assistant" position than a "Paralegal" position, however, future promotions can be considered.

We will consider those with strong Plaintiff's P.I. Litigation Legal Assistant experience but we prefer those w/ defense experience.

SALARY: $60,000 to $70,000 (DOE)

DUTIES: drafting pleadings/motions, sending out discovery, e-filing, scheduling & calendaring for multiple attorneys, subpoenas, notices, correspondence, ordering court reporters, entering attorney billing into billing software, travel arrangements and other clerical duties. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.
