Senior Paralegal- IP Litigation

Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Global Law Firm seeking to add an experienced Paralegal to their IP Litigation Practice Group.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of IP litigation, including case preparation, filings, and trial support.
- Manage large volumes of documents, including organization, review, and production.
- Coordinate discovery processes, including drafting and responding to requests.
- Conduct legal and factual research related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Prepare and file court documents in federal and state courts, including e-filing.
- Support deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit management and witness coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required.
- 5+ years of Paralegal experience.
- 3+ years of Intellectual Property experience preferred.
